Just place your system inside the RestoreBox and at your convenience, call for a pickup from any location. Our courier will come back out, pickup the RestoreBox and bring your system to us by the following morning.

Once we receive your system, we’ll check it in and contact you within 48-hours with a complete, detailed diagnosis and a price for the repair that will allow you to make an educated decision about how to proceed. Approve the repair and a TechRestore technician will complete the work within 72-hours and send your system back to you via overnight courier.

If you elect not to perform the repair, we’ll gladly send your system back to you via overnight courier at no additional charge than the initial service fee.
